Ham and Egg Casserole
A hearty breakfast bake made with eggs, ham, cheese, and vegetables. It’s soft, filling, and perfect for feeding a family or making ahead for an easy morning meal.

- 12 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ¾ cups chopped cooked ham
- ¾ cup chopped red bell pepper
- ¾ cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- ¾ cup sliced green onion
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat your oven to about 165°C (325°F). Grease a baking dish with a little oil or cooking spray.

In a large bowl, crack the eggs and add milk, sour cream, and a little salt. Mix everything well.

Add chopped ham, bell peppers, mushrooms, and green onions into the egg mixture.

Stir everything properly so all ingredients are evenly mixed.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake in the oven for about 45–50 minutes until the eggs are fully set and cooked.

Take it out, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and bake again for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
