How do I create an account?+
Download TastAI from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and tap “Sign Up.” You can create an account with your email or sign in with Apple or Google.
How do I reset my password?+
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot Password” and enter the email associated with your account. We’ll send you a secure link to choose a new password.
How do AI-generated meal plans work?+
Tell TastAI your dietary preferences, allergies, and goals, and our AI will build a personalized weekly plan along with an auto-generated grocery list.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Open your device’s subscription settings to cancel or change plans at any time.
How do I delete my account?+
Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and personal data. You can also email us and we’ll handle it for you.
Why isn’t the app working as expected?+
Make sure you’re on the latest version of the app and your device’s OS. If the issue continues, contact us with a short description and a screenshot if possible.
